In addition to reroofing the building, Highland installed steel beams, cleaned and coated steel and helped place new condenser units on the steel. Highland also hired a HVAC technician and electrician to refurbish and reinsulate lines to the condensing units.

Being a high-rise residential building right on the beach, loading steel and other materials onto the roof was a challenge.  Highland blocked off a portion of the parking lot, secured a large crane and hooked a chute up for removal of waste.
