Highland Roofing Company has named Phil Cotten Raleigh Account Manager. Cotten will manage Highland’s repair, maintenance and reroof services to industrial, corporate campus, multi-tenant retail, education, government, healthcare and multi-family clients in the Triangle and surrounding markets.

Cotten has more than eight years of experience in industrial sales with some of the state’s largest and most recognized industrial companies.
