Highland Roofing Company has named Javier Alvarez Service Construction Manager. He will oversee quality control and safety for Highland’s entire service team and assist in the management of larger roofing repair projects.

Included in his responsibilities will be performing safety audits of all of Highland’s service crews, providing mentorship to roofing technicians and assisting in onboarding new technicians.

“Javier has consistently proven that he has strong leadership characteristics that can propel our Service Department operations to the next level,” said DJ Dean, Service Department Manager. “Javier embodies the qualities and work ethic required to improve an already strong Service Department and I am looking forward to seeing his growth and evolution in the Construction Manager position.”

Alvarez has over nine years of commercial and industrial roofing experience on all types of commercial roofing systems. Prior to joining Highland, Alvarez worked in the Production department for Hamlin Roofing and as a Service Foreman for Simon Roofing – both in Garner, NC.
